The Samridhi plant at F-833 RIICO Industrial Area, Sitapura, Jaipur runs an installed capacity of 250 MT per day on a 10 MT/hour pellet line. A ₹20+ Cr expansion will bring us to 15 MT/hour, commissioning July 2026.

Raw material intake
Maize, soya, mustard cake, mineral mix and ghee residue arrive on dedicated unloading bays. Every truck is sampled before tipping.

Grinding & weighing
Hammer mills bring particle size to the formulation spec. Load cells weigh every component to ±50 g tolerance.

Steam conditioning
Steam at controlled pressure pre-gelatinises starch — improves pellet integrity and ruminal digestibility.

Pelleting
10 MT/hr pellet mills (scaling to 15 MT/hr in 2026). Die geometry tuned for cattle bite-size and trough behaviour.
- 05
Cooling & sieving
Counter-flow cooler brings the pellet to ambient. Sieve removes fines — returned to the mash for zero waste.
- 06
Bagging & batch coding
Automated bagging into 25 / 50 kg sacks. Each bag carries a batch code, manufacturing date and best-before stamp.
