Near-Infrared spectroscopy clears Crude Protein, Moisture and Fat in under 60 seconds. No batch ships without an NIR sign-off.
Aflatoxin screening.
Raw maize and groundnut cake are screened for aflatoxin B1 before they enter the silo. Anything off-spec is rejected at gate.
Mineral profile assays.
Periodic wet-chem assays confirm calcium, phosphorus and trace-element balance — engineered for milk yield, not just survival.
Batch-code traceability.
Every 50 kg bag carries a printed batch code. Sample retentions held for shelf-life period. Any complaint, we can recall the line.
